1- What do you do at Graphix?
I do a bit of everything but mostly Large format print and training to be a signwriter.
2- What are you working on at the moment?
I work on a number of projects at a time but the biggest project I’m working on at the moment is 250 canvas reproductions of a canvas painted by local artist and speaker Paul Rangiwahia for Rural Support NZ.

3- What is your favourite project to date?
My favourite project so far is probably producing and installing 12 rooms of custom wall paper for the new Lifetime head office In Christchurch.
4- There’s a huge number of techniques that go into sign writing/printing, which has been the most rewarding to learn?
The most useful technique I have learnt is pressure sensitivity while freehand cutting vinyl.
5- Your work combines digital and hands on techniques, do you enjoy using the computer or do you just see it as another tool?
I do enjoy using the computer, I have some pretty cool software that makes some otherwise pretty difficult or impossible tasks much easier.

6- Any podcast recommendation?
I only listen to intermittent fasting podcasts haha, check dr Jason Fung if your into that sort of thing.
7- We can also listen to your beautiful humming while you’re working, have you ever consider becoming a professional singer?
Haha no never considered becoming a professional singer, I use to sing in a church band but that was the end of my career, I love singing but if you’ve ever watched X factor you’ll know loving it doesn’t mean your good at it!
8- What do you listen to while you’re working?
Wow haha, anything from Kelly Clarkson to Katchafire to Slipknot.
9- What would be your dream project?
My dream project would be something unusual like turning an indoor sports arena floor into a giant optical illusion for an art show or something.
